Description
At a minimum, the repo should include a file like https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/blob/master/agpl-3.0.txt
It would be helpful if extensions are dual licensed by also including GPLv2 like https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/blob/master/gpl.txt or licensed as MIT so they can be packaged with GPLv2.
