      Description

Having one single-quote character in the value and label for a multiple choice option of a Custom Field causes the new/edit form to throw an error on submit for Contacts which use that Custom Field.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Create a Custom Field Set
      2. Create a Custom Field with Data Type = Alphanumeric and Field Type = CheckBox
      3. In one of the multiple choice options for Custom Field, have one single-quote in the value and label (eg. RSVP'd to Event)
      4. Make sure that the Custom Field Set is being used on a Contact Type
      5. Create a new Contact of that type or edit an existing Contact of that type.
      6. On the new/edit page any of the form submit buttons will trigger the error (eg. Save, Save and New, Cancel, Check for Matching Contact(s)
