Description
Add "Source" and "External ID" to View (Contact Summary) and Edit screens.
Add "CiviCRM ID" to View
For Contact Summary(view): External ID and CiviCRM ID can both go at the bottom of the page - align left on same line as the right-aligned "Last Change..." element.
For Contact Summary (view): Source can go in upper area - above Job Title - only display if populated.
For Contact Edit, let's rearrange the first block as follows:
- row 2 : Source + Nickname + Greeting
- row 3: Job Title + Employee + Website + External ID (make the Website input field smaller)
