'Mailings' pages: search doesn't work correctly.

The 'search' section on the Mailings pages doesn't work correctly.

The options in the "Mailing Status" box are ignored; selecting or deselecting them makes no difference.

When you run a search from the Find Mailings page, the search will only find mailings with the status "Complete" or "Scheduled."

There's no way to search for Draft mailings or Unscheduled mailings. When you run a search from the Draft & Unscheduled Mailings page, the search will always find zero results (for example, From: 01/01/1993 ~ To: 05/31/2012 = 0 results).

As of right now, there are 11 Archived mailings, 3 "Complete," and 8 "Canceled." When I'm on the Archived Email page, and I run this search:

From 01/01/1993 ~ To: 05/31/2012

it only finds 3 results; the 3 "Complete" mailings.
