Provide red visual cue for deceased contacts on summary page

If a deceased date is entered, suggest highlighting it in red, similar to "on hold" or "do not phone" status. Deceased will generally prevent communication (via CiviMail, etc) so this sort of highlighting of the field is appropriate, IMHO.

I don't know if the "stop sign" icon is necessary, deceased it may not necessarily mean that, but it handy to have a visual cue (red text) to bring deceased to greater user attention.
