Telephone "Ext" field is not exposed to CMS, specifically not to Drupal Views

            Description

            When creating a View of Type: CiviCRM Contacts the full telephone number field does not include the "Ext" field if it is populated and there appears to be no method to include the Ext field within a view of Type: CiviCRM Contacts.

            Tested with CiviCRM 4.3.5 + Drupal 7.23
