Phone extensions not available to search preferences/contact reports

As I'm recommending Civi for managing internal staff lists (and as Palante ramps up our internal Civi use), having the phone extension available in Quick Search Autocomplete and on the Constituent Summary/Detail reports becomes more important.

Unless core team thinks this shouldn't go into core, I'll write a patch next week that:

• When selecting "Phone Number" in search preferences, extension is included.
• Adding phone extension as a selectable column on constituent reports (to easily generate staff contact lists).
