send email activity: submit button in Chrome

            reproducible on sandbox in Chrome

            enter a contact
            click Actions > Send an Email
            complete the form and click Send Email

            button text turns to processing and form is not submitted.

            also note that other buttons on the page have their text converted when the button is clicked (e.g. New Individual block). this behavior is not present in FireFox – it appears it's just a Chrome issue.
