Footer choice is ignore

            Description

            Mailings are always sent without the footer, whatever the one you have chosen.

            Additional information:

            • Test emails work perfectly (both direct email & group)
            • Footer id seems to be saved correctly in civicrm_mailin.footer_id
            • If you "save & continue later", after reloading the mailing, "Mailing footer" select box is again set to "None"
            • No SQL error in the logs

            It seems to me that the reading of the mailing list from the DB somehow fails to retrieve correctly the footer value and that could explain that this fails to work properly.
