Create new Menu Item (Profile Create Form) not working

Clean new Joomla 3.1.5 installation. (Reinstalled twice to check if the Joomla installation was right)

When creating a new Menu Item and choosing "Profile Create Form", the create menu does not show the default backend view (almost like a template issue). (se attachment). Because of this, you will not be able to save your new Item. (you will not see the save buttons)

Creating other Menu Items seems to be working ok.
