Add / Edit Membership Type - Member Organization Search Button Should NOT Trigger Form Validation

From Administer CiviCRM >> Membership Types...

The "Search" button for "Membership Organization" is currently validating the entire form - and forcing the user to fill in all required fields in order to do the search. This is incorrect behavior. The user should be able to search and find the member org AND THEN finish filling out the remaining required fields before hitting the Save button (which then does the form validation).
