"Add" should use same popup as "Edit" in multi-row custom data tables

When one creates a profile form that includes multi-row custom-data, the fields are rendered as a table. (Example attached.) Clicking "Edit" creates a popup, but clicking "Add new record" navigates to a separate page. "Add new record" should display as a popup.

To reproduce the example, install "org.civicrm.hrident" from https://github.com/civicrm/civihr under CiviCRM 4.4. This will create a suitable custom-data group and profile-form.
