CRM_Utils_File::sourceSQLFile does not report failed SQL in unit-test

            Description

            When running a unit-test that loaded an external SQL file, one of the queries in the SQL file failed (due to a bug). However, the cause of the failure wasn't obvious because (a) the error-reporting was switched into "exception" mode and (b) the phpunit output doesn't display rich details from PEAR_Exceptions.
