Add equivalent of "external identifier" field for membership types

My payment processor has a string ID for each recurring payment plan, e.g. "patron" or "silver." It'd be nice to have a field on membership types where I can put that, just like the "external identifier" field on Contacts and the "transaction ID" field on Donations.
