Yes / No fields are not properly displayed in profile view

            I replicated also on 4.4 demo (see screenshot attached). If you select 'Yes' it displays 'Yes' - which is different from 4.3 behavior but probably fine. If you select 'No' or don't select a value, it displays '0' which is definitely a bug / regression.

            Please also check civicrm/profile/view behavior (e.g. for a Yes/No field 'used for' contacts).
