Contribution form JS does not correctly detect "Other" when not using mouse

            Description

            Using keyboard navigation to change to the "Other" amount on a contribution page does not trigger the JS to deselect the default amount. Result is that the donation amount is the sum of default value and other.

            To repro -

            1. Visit http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&id=1
            2. Click any field (other than the Amount fields)
            3. Use SHIFT-TAB to return to Other and enter $11
            4. Check out for a total of default ($10) + other ($11)
