Create schema, forms and pages for recording and managing Meetings.
Record of Meetings will be a 2 stage state machine wherein in
Stage 1 - Enter DateTime, Host, Invitees, Attendees, Agenda, Minutes and Notes.
Stage 2 - Will be an optional one. If meeting date is before "today" a next page
with a list of Invitees is shown and the user can select them using a
checkbox. The selected Invitees can then be sent email invitation for the meeting.
During the entry of Host, Invitees and Attendees a popup for searching/selecting contacts will be provided or we can invite members of a group or saved search.
After the contacts are selected, Their names will be displayed in the text box (and contactid's in a hidden field. ?? which will be used to populate the table with a comma seperated list of contactid's.)
Browsing and Searching will also be provided for Meetings. (details coming soon...)
The Meeting will be integrated with hooks into Activity History.
