"Manage Case" uses inconsistent labels

      Description

      The top of the manage case screen includes the following items:

      • Case Subject
      • Case Type
      • Status
      • Start Date
      • Case ID

      All of these fields are equally applicable to the "Case". It's unclear why some are prefixed with "Case" while others aren't.

      Let's remove Case prefixes and change Start Date to Open Date:

      • Subject
      • Type
      • Status
      • Open Date
      • ID
