Contribute button doesn't switch to processing after click

Since we have upgrade to the newly designed contribution pages in 4.3.7 we have had multiple issues with donors clicking the contribute button multiple times and creating multiple transactions.

This wasn't an issue in 4.2 and the older design when the "contribute" button would change to "processing" on click.

it would be really useful if this functionality was restored
