Sort order of Mailing Labels appears random. Change ordering to display_name

When Mailing Labels creates a PDF output file the contacts are not sorted.
To recreate this, go to [Menu:Find Contacts] [Tab:Advanced Search] get a search result and [Actions Drop Down Box: Mailing Labels]

Please could the labels be sorted by display_name or something meaningful.
