Description
When a relationship is disabled via cron (& presumably the UI shortcut) the POST hook is not called.
There is an obscure undocumented enableDisable hook that is called but this does not seem satisfactory as developers need to listen in 2 places to capture this (& the fact it has never been documented suggests it is legacy)
