4.4 views contains several files no longer used

I note that on 4.4 views for several files the pseudoconstant handler is being used instead of the field specific handler. But, confusingly the field specific handlers still exist (ie. the files are still there). I have found that removing the ones for prefix_id & suffix_id changes nothing so I think the functions that have been replaced / the files just need to be removed
