Contact custom data view: country / state-province custom fields are not translated/localized when displayed

            Description

            When viewing a contact record that has a custom field of type "country" or "state/province", the field is not localized when displayed.

            How to reproduce:

            • create a custom field of type "country" that is attached to a Contact
            • edit the contact record, select a value (note that the 'select' works OK)
            • when viewing the contact record, the country name will not be localized (ex: United-States should display as États-Unis in FR)
