PCP message should not always promise ability to create your own PCP

When creating the personal campaign page associated with a contribution or event, you have the option of entering text into "'Create Personal Campaign Page' link text". If you do so, their will be a link on the pcp and the contribution page. If you DON'T enter anything, the link on the personal campaign page disappears. That's good. However, the following text still appears on the contribution/event page and it shouldn't:

This contribution is being made thanks to effort of XXXXXXXXXXXX, who supports our campaign. You can support it as well - once you complete the donation, you will be able to create your own Personal Campaign Page!

The first sentence is ok. The second sentence does not belong, since it's turned off for this contribution page and they won't be asked.
