Description
NB: will need to be modified for 4.4.1, works for 4.4.0 and below
Add custom field for Event, boolean to turn on defaulting additional participant names and email (using initial participant email and versions of first, last name)
Inserted code in setDefaults function, user will need to configure/set custom field id (ie, custom_7 will be custom_n, where n is the id of the 'default_additional_participant' custom field added).
