Recurring Paypal Contributions for merged contacts are being recorded against the wrong contact

            Description

            When 2 contacts are merged the contribution_recur record is transferred. However, the contact_id held by paypal is now out of date. When the payment comes in it is incorrectly assigned to the original contact id (or not at all if they have been completely deleted).

            Note that an ad hoc fix went into Authorize.net some time ago but each payment processor is managing this separately
