Use of fiscal year setting in contribution dashboard is off by a day

Reproduced on demo – in the Date Format setting, pick October 1st for the fiscal year start.

Then select contribution dashboard, click table view, and click the fiscal year row.

The query is shown as:

Contribution Date - greater than or equal to "October 1st, 2013 12:00 AM" Y less than or equal to "October 1st, 2014 11:59 PM"

If the fiscal year starts on October 1st at 12:00am, that means it ends on September 30th at 11:59pm. The current query has it ending on October 1st at 11:59pm. That counts all of October 1st in 2 fiscal years.
