group contacts list doesn't reflect correct status

      Description

      1) create a contact and assign to a group. then remove from the group.
      2) assign to a second group that is a child of another group
      3) go to manage groups and view contacts for the second group's parent

      the contact will be listed, but the status column does not reflect the status for that group – it will say removed, reflecting the status for the first group.
