send email activity: cc may go to wrong contact

to reproduce:
1) create contact1 with an email address
2) trash contact 1
3) create contact2 with the same email address as contact1
4) send an email to a different contact. in the cc field, select contact2

the email will be sent to contact 1, and that contact will be listed in the email body cc section.
