Cc: and Bcc: for receipts on contribution pages do not work with recurring contributions

On a contribution page, in the 'Thank-you and Receipting' section you can define Cc: and Bcc: email addresses for the contribution receipts.

These fields are not honored for recurring contributions, ie. when the template email 'Contributions - Recurring Start and End Notification' is sent.
