Date format in Import options should contain the localized version

The date formats used in the import options section during the import of data, is limited to US versions. When the date format is changed in localization (e.g. dd-mm-yyyy), this should be added to the options.

This way, localized csv's can be imported more easily in stead of having to change the date format in Excel.
