Mailing search should not be restricted to specific mailings when mailing events are specified

            Description

            • Goto Advanced Search
            • Open Mailing tab
            • Select a Bounce type / Trackable URL / Opens etc
            • Click search

            A form rule requires you to enter either a mailing name or a date range. This is not necessary BUT might have been added with performance in mind. We should test the changes on some large NYSS databases
