Help is Incorrect on pledge reminders tab

            Description

            The online help for the pledge reminders tab is outdated and still says "Your site administrator must configure the provided script which updates pledge payment statuses and sends the reminders (UpdatePledgeRecord.php)". Also affects 4.4.3.

            I will send the trivial required patch or pull request. I am not sure how to flag the change for updates on Transifex or if that happens automatically.
