Incorrect number of cases for a contact

            Description

            A contact has two cases against them but the count in the tab bar says 4... see attached screenshot.

            The other screenshot (screenshot2) shows that there are 4 rows for this contact in the civicrm_case_contact table, but only 2 unique case_id values.
