PEAR/Autoloader has bad __call signature

            Description

            Not sure where to file packages bugs, but our PEAR release has an invalid function signature for __call, in packages/PEAR/Autoloader.php line 200. The PHP manual documents two arguments, and I believe the return value is returned normally rather than by reference parameter.
