Search by Current Employer in Profile Not Working

Originally found on a 4.3.7 installation but confirmed on the Joomla 4.4.2 demo site.

When you have an Individual Profile with Current Employer as a field being used as a search form on the front end, putting a value in the Current Employer field will cause the search to return "no matches found".

Steps to recreate:
1) Create a Profile with Current Employer as a searchable field and set as Standalone Form or Directory
2) Open up and run a search with Current Employer filled out (with or without other fields filled out), "no matches found" is returned. (Fill in a value that you know should match an existing contact.)
3) Run another search with the other criteria filled out but Current Employer blank and you will get results like normal.
