release respondent search doesn't allow you to find contacts reserved to a different interviewer

If you go to Campaign -> Release Respondents, you are presented with a search form in which the interviewer is pre-populated to your name.

If you delete the interviewer, and conduct a search, the search results will be returned as if you were the interviewer.

The results should return everyone who is reserved, regardless of interviewer.
