Cannot save a Dedupe Rule as Unsupervised ("Automatique") in the french version

In french (civicrm-4.4.2-l10n.tar) :
Unsupervised is translated into "Automatique"
Supervised into Supervisé
General into Général

I am not satisfied with the native reserved "Email Address" Individual Unsupervised dedupe rule (too restrictive)
So, I try to define an other "Automatique" one ; but when I save it, both the native one and the new one have no Use defined.
And I cannot re-save the native one as "Automatique" as well.
(But I can save both as "Général", which is not convenient to me)

I have to edit the table civicrm_dedupe_rule_group and modify the "Use" field of my rule (which was empty) manually to "Unsupervised" (and then it works fine)

I could not reproduce the bug on the "demo" version (which is only in english), so I think of a translation problem.
