Description
This plugin is outdated and appears to be unused. It is an optional add-on of jquery.timeentry, but we don't seem to be making use of it.
A newer version is available, but given lack of use I'm opting to remove rather than upgrade it.
Historical note: the plugin was added as part of CRM-4312
