Add help to explain that the contribution receipt (online) will be sent after each automatic membership renewal and each recurring contribution

      Description

      Help text should be added to the Thank-you and Receipting form to clarify that the Receipt Message will be included in the email receipt which is sent for EACH automatic membership renewal / recurring contribution.

      I also cleaned up the Thank-you configuration page - moving all on-form help to inline help pop-ups and implementing the newer WYSIWYG format (compressed until user focuses on the field).

      When a monthly membership is set to auto-renew (via Paypal Standard) Is it the intended behaviour that:

      1. the Contribution Receipt (online) template is sent after EACH monthly automatic membership renewal?

      2. the "receipt text" (as entered on the Thank you and Receipting page of the contribution page configuration) is included in this template?

      3. in each monthly renewal the "Recurring Billing Updates" template is NOT sent

      This is what is happening, and I don't know if it's a bug or not. Please advise. Thanks.
