HTML validation - Both buttons have same id on civicrm/admin/reltype&reset=1&action=browse

            Description

            HTML element ids are supposed to be unique within a page but both add buttons have some id on civicrm/admin/reltype&reset=1&action=browse page

            (If I try to load as html I get Warning: DOMDocument::loadHTML(): ID newRelationshipType already defined)
