Event registration confirmation mail not translated for online transaction

Civicrm sending confirmation mail whenever user registering for a event. I have used pay later and Paypal as payment method for an event, When user select pay later, mail content translated correctly to the language set by lcMessages but for PayPal mail going in default language only.

How we can translate to the language set by lcMessages?
