created_date / modified_date improvements for API

Add a created date and modified date filter on the contact in the search builder.

Please also considering enabling this functionality for the API. I saw that the created_date/modified_date property is in the definition of the contact object in the API doc, but when I used the explorer to query a contact, I did not see it returned. This should also be a valid filter criterion via the API.
