cid=0 contribution form giving contribution to logged in user

            Description

            I think this is a regression but I couldn't find what caused it to regress. the cid=0 in the url isn't making it as far as the postProcess - causing the logged in user id to be picked up. NB CRM-13999 may also be fixed by this - I'm not sure if the participant page check-email-address-contact-grab is too aggressive for this to mitigate
