            Hey - just spotted this - (when looking at the extension code for ideas of good architecture maybe it matters
            Undefined variable '$oldPath' Manager.php /civicrm/CRM/Extension line 143 DLTK Problem

                The target version changed to 4.4, so I resubmitted PR against 4.4 ( https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/pull/2334 ) and merged.
