Add .extra.tpl to Dashboard elements

            Description

            I need to change the content of the dashboard and i have all this UserDashboard.tpl to overwrite. It could be good to have an .extra.tpl to make easier the maintenance.

            It's seems that a simple include in templates/CRM/Contact/Page/View/UserDashBoard.tpl could do the trick but i may be wrong. Also, I don't know if it could be problematic for performance.

            Any thought ?
