field matching issues

            Description

            Perhaps I'm misunderstanding how field matching is intended to work, but in the sandbox under "User Sharing" I set things up to match on FirstName, LastName, City and State.

            I then created a new contact identical to an existing contact. I was not presented with any warnings of a duplicate and the contact entry was successfully made.

            The information below was copied from a contacts search for "Adams":
