Core reports - passing mhas as a URL criteria is ignored

ie. a criteria in the url like
reset=1&force=1&rid_value=1&rid_op=mhas&sid_value=1&sid_op=in&event_id_op=in&event_id_value=12

results in the rid not being passed through to the report (custom values are more often typed this way that the rid in the example above)

I believe it is just a case of add mhas (& any other missing criteria I guess) to CRM_Report_Utils_Get::intParam & CRM_Report_Utils_Get::stringParam fns - I think it fits in the case statement alongside 'in'
