            Description

            Fixes issue with cron failure in Joomla 3.x due to:

            • PHP fatal error on the redeclaration of CRM_Core_ClassLoader
            • Changes to password hashing algorithm.

            Makes use of JUserHelper::verifyPassword to check the provided password against the hash, regardless of the type of hash used.
