CRM-14146 Button on contribution page should be "Confirm Contribution"

            Description

            When a confirmation page is enabled, the button on the first page of the form is labeled "Contribute" but should be labeled "Confirm Contribution". This was the case in 4.2.

            I have attached a patch for CRM/Contribute/Form/Contribution/Main.php
